World Elite's Chances of Making Playoffs.

After day one of the tenth and second to last week of LPL, World Elite has drawn ever closer to receiving a playoff bid. Let's look at the remaining games for the teams fighting for a spot.

(Note: a 2-0 victory is worth 3 points and a 1-1 tie is worth 1 point.)
Currently in 10th, World Elite has to face Team King, Energy Pacemaker, and Gamtee to finish the season.
I'm predicting a 2-0 or a 1-1 against King, and two 2-0's over the other bottom two teams. WE is at 15 points after a surprise tie this morning against EDG. With my predictions, this would put them at 22 or 24 points.

Next up, at 9th is Star Horn Royal Club. They seemed like they could turn their season around with the addition of NaMei, but after Insec (as Thorin beautifully put it) "Insec-kicked off a building" and broke his leg, they have little to know chance of showing up in these final weeks. They face Energy Pacemaker, Snake, and Invictus Gaming. I'm predicting either a 2-0 or 1-1 against EP and losses to the others. Currently at 16 points, this would end their season at 17 or 19 points.

Masters 3 is in the 8th spot right now, clinging on to a playoff seed. They face Invictus Gaming, Snake, Energy Pacemaker, and Vici Gaming. They have the toughest schedule of teams contending for a playoff spot, and I think them, along with Star Horn will fail to make the cut. I think they will 2-0 EP, and they may take a game off on Snake, but that's it. At 19 points currently, this would put them at 22 or 23 points.

Last but not least, Team King has to face World Elite, Invictus Gaming, and Gamtee. As previously mentioned, I predict them to lose 0-2 or tie with WE. They will likely be able to pull off a win against Gamtee, but iG is too good to beat. At 20 points right now, these scenarios would place them at 23 or 24 points.

If by some means a tie occurs:
World Elite holds the tiebreaker over Star Horn.
Masters 3 holds the tiebreaker over WE.
King would hold the tiebreaker over WE with a tie, and with a loss would force a tiebreaker match.

A 2-0 victory over King is almost vital for World Elite if they want to reach the playoffs, but there may be some mayhem caused by the lower teams, Gamtee and Energy Pacemaker.
